Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Team Member to join our retail outlet team at Vegelite Food Products in Hyderabad. This role revolves around delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival.
• Manage billing procedures and cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
• Organize, display, and replenish stock merchandise to maintain an orderly shop floor.
• Ensure the outlet remains clean and hygienic throughout operating hours.
• Participate actively in the opening and closing activities of the outlet.
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate stock replenishment needs to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, operational protocols, and safety regulations to maintain standards.
• Contribute actively to team goals by supporting achievement of daily sales and customer service targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification is 10th pass; intermediate qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic familiarity with billing and Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable.
• Availability and readiness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
