The position of Team Leader/Manager in Life Insurance involves overseeing a group of Telecallers with the goal of boosting life insurance sales, hitting business objectives, and maintaining superior customer service standards. Primary Responsibilities

• Recruitment, training, and mentoring of insurance sales personnel and advisors.
• Establishment and supervision of sales targets and team performance.
• Active promotion and achievement of monthly and annual life insurance sales goals.
• Providing support in lead acquisition and policy closure efforts.
• Conducting periodic sales assessments and team performance reviews.
• Adherence to company guidelines and regulatory compliance for insurance.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and addressing any related concerns rapidly.
• Preparation and submission of sales analytics and reports to higher management.
• Encouraging and motivating team members through coaching, appreciation initiatives, and improvement plans.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one to five years of experience in life insurance sales within DSA or BPO sectors, including a minimum of one year in team leadership or handling roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products and the sales lifecycle.
• Exceptional leadership qualities combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to meet sales targets and perform efficiently under pressure.

Compensation
