  • Lead evidence-based candidate evaluations, challenge biases, and maintain compliant applicant tracking system records.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies that build diverse candidate pipelines utilizing professional networks, referrals, and inclusive outreach methods.
  • Enhance candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, respectful engagement, and transparent process updates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to adjust strategies, report on metrics, and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
  • Support smooth new hire transitions through collaboration with onboarding teams and identification of process gaps.
  • Contribute to Talent team's initiatives including recruitment practice development, employer branding, and technology adoption with responsible AI usage.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably within internal Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Experienced in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates across diverse roles and seniority levels.
  • Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines using networking platforms and referral systems.
  • Skilled in partnering with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and implement hiring strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Adept at managing offer processes and facilitating professional negotiations.
  • Committed to delivering equitable, inclusive, and engaging recruitment experiences.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, notably Workable, and strong record-keeping proficiency.
  • Knowledgeable about employment law, fair hiring practices, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to juggle multiple simultaneous recruitments.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging and influencing hiring managers and candidates.
  • A collaborative mindset capable of offering strategic insights and challenges constructively.
  • Experience within healthcare, health tech, SaaS, digital products, or mission-driven fast-growing organizations is advantageous.
