Role Overview

As a Talent Intelligence Intern, you will function as the analytical backbone supporting our recruitment teams with essential market insights required to attract top talent. Collaborating closely with the Talent Intelligence Lead, Talent Operations Lead, and various recruiters across all Applike Group companies, you will manage and respond to day-to-day data requests that enhance recruiting effectiveness. This opportunity suits individuals who enjoy data analysis, identifying patterns, and distilling complex information into user-friendly, actionable insights. Depending on your current academic commitments and availability, the position can be structured either as an internship or a working student role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research to satisfy recruiter requests relating to talent availability, market trends, competitor hiring activities, and geographic talent distribution.
• Analyze and present data in clear, concise reports tailored to recruiter needs, ensuring information is neither oversimplified nor overwhelming.
• Monitor and recognize emerging trends and shifts in talent markets that could influence recruitment strategies.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Talent Intelligence Lead and recruiting teams to fully comprehend role requirements and customize market insights accordingly.

Candidate Profile

• Highly inquisitive with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, eager to explore data and uncover underlying causes behind figures.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to effectively convey data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferably experienced or knowledgeable in market research, data gathering, or basic analysis techniques.
• Demonstrates interest or basic understanding of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Employee Experience domains.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of assigned tasks and priorities.

Recruitment Process

• Initial interview with Talent Intelligence and Talent Operations representatives.
• Completion of a case study assignment.
• Presentation and discussion of case study findings.
• Final interview with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
