Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment from start to finish for positions across departments, making sure hiring happens on time and aligns with approved workforce plans while keeping the journey smooth for both applicants and managers.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define ideal profiles, and create sourcing approaches, including market insights where useful.
• Develop and sustain strong talent pipelines using both internal and external candidate sources to support immediate and future hiring needs.
• Support employer brand activities such as career fairs, talent events, and outreach initiatives that strengthen the company’s reputation and attract strong candidates.
• Embed inclusive hiring practices and actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment.
• Help coordinate onboarding so new hires are welcomed effectively and settle in well from day one.
• Assist with engagement efforts such as employee events, recognition activities, surveys, wellness programmes, and related culture-building initiatives.
• Contribute to engagement action plans by reviewing feedback, tracking involvement, and working with managers to improve employee experience.
• Provide support across performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and other HR activities.
• Keep employee information up to date and manage ATS and HRIS records accurately, confidentially, and in line with compliance expectations.
• Compile and share regular reports on recruitment, engagement, and other HR measures to support decision-making.
• Help implement and improve HR policies, processes, and initiatives that strengthen retention, engagement, and organisational performance.
• Offer general HR administrative support and take on additional duties as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably combining agency and in-house exposure in fast-paced or high-growth settings.
• Strong capability in candidate sourcing and talent mapping, with practical experience using an ATS.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, influence senior stakeholders, and guide hiring managers on good practice.
• Very well organised and detail-conscious, with the ability to manage several vacancies and deadlines with limited oversight.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong interest in improving hiring processes and candidate experience.
• Comfort working across cultures, along with a sincere interest in people, workplace culture, and inclusive team building.
