Opportunity Overview
A prestigious professional services company is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic HR team on a six-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in South Dublin and follows a hybrid working arrangement with two days on-site and three days remote.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring cycle.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and diverse sourcing platforms.
- Develop and sustain talent pools to meet current and prospective hiring demands.
- Conduct candidate screening and aid hiring managers through interviews and selection stages.
- Manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and all recruitment logistics to guarantee a positive candidate journey.
- Draft job offers and handle all related recruitment administrative tasks.
- Assist in contractor onboarding, facilitate visa processes, and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations.
- Maintain precise recruitment records and applicant tracking systems to support reporting needs.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to enhance recruitment workflows and strengthen employer branding.
- Deliver an exceptional experience to candidates, hiring managers, and involved stakeholders throughout.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an internal Talent Acquisition capacity, particularly managing recruitment across various professional or corporate domains.
- Skilled at sourcing candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels.
- Expertise in talent pipeline development and market mapping methodologies.
- Strong relationship-building abilities paired with effective stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational aptitude enabling management of concurrent recruitment projects within a fast-moving environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and solid capability in recruitment administration.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent field; CIPD accreditation or pursuit thereof is favorable.
