Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Become an essential member of the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating closely with hiring managers to develop robust candidate pipelines and ensuring a superior candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruiting processes for assigned roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and implement efficient sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, preliminary screening, and interviews using multiple recruiting channels.
• Develop and sustain talent pools to address both current and future staffing needs.
• Manage interview scheduling and ensure smooth candidate progression through the hiring phases.
• Issue employment offers and provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Accurately update recruiting activities and data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.
• One to three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing, or human resources functions.
• Strong skills in interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in talent sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Excellent organizational capabilities, including managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating well with cross-functional teams.
• A customer-focused approach dedicated to providing outstanding candidate experiences.

Additional Information

The salary range anticipated for this role is $60,000 to $67,000 annually. This range serves as a general guideline and the actual compensation will take into account individual attributes such as skills, experience, education, role responsibilities, and current market conditions.
