Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Muthoot Finance Ltd is expanding its HR Talent Acquisition team across various locations in India. We are looking for enthusiastic HR Executives and Assistant Managers specializing in Talent Acquisition to join one of India's foremost BFSI organizations. These roles involve a blend of recruitment, HR operations, strategic HR activities, and employee engagement duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates using multiple channels such as campus drives, lateral hiring, job fairs, and employee referrals.
• Review candidate profiles thoroughly and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure role suitability.
• Negotiate salary offers effectively to maximize candidate acceptance rates.
• Recruit competitively by mapping and contacting talent from rival companies.
• Maintain attrition rates below 5% within the assigned regions through strong retention strategies and conducting exit interviews.
• Monitor performance management by ensuring that employee performance scorecards are completed accurately and timely.
• Manage day-to-day regional HR operations including addressing employee grievances and ensuring attendance tracking and seamless promotions handling.
• Plan and implement activities to promote employee engagement and foster positive workplace culture.
• Organize feedback sessions to align employee aspirations with organizational objectives.
• Maintain competitor intelligence data for strategic HR planning.
• Support rollout of corporate HR initiatives at the regional level.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduates or postgraduates with any discipline; HR or related qualifications are preferred.
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or broader HR functions.
• Prior work experience in sales hiring and BFSI sectors is advantageous.
• Strong practical knowledge in employee relations, performance and reward management, and learning and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The package is competitive with increments based on previous CTC. The budget for HR Executives is up to 500000 INR annually while Assistant Managers in Talent Acquisition may expect up to 1000000 INR per year depending on experience and fit.
