Role Overview
We are actively expanding our international telesales team and seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus exclusively on recruiting high-caliber telesales professionals. This specialist role centers solely on talent acquisition rather than general HR duties.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding hires.
- Formulate and implement recruitment plans targeting exceptional telesales talent.
- Design and post job advertisements on suitable recruitment platforms.
- Source applicants through various channels including professional networks, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain a thriving pipeline of qualified telesales candidates.
- Screen and shortlist resumes for appropriate prospects.
- Conduct structured interviews evaluating communication, sales aptitude, confidence, professionalism, and cultural alignment.
- Arrange interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background verifications as required.
- Manage correspondence with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Continuously enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and success ratios.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting international telesales professionals serving markets in the USA, UK, Europe, and other countries.
- In-depth knowledge of telesales recruitment and sales talent evaluation.
- Exceptional interviewing and communication capabilities.
- Capability to recruit multiple positions concurrently while upholding quality standards.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Preferred Background
- Recruiting candidates for roles such as International Telesales Executives, Business Development Executives, Sales Executives, Lead Generation Executives, Customer Success Professionals, and International Business Development practitioners.

Additional Information
This is an on-site position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Applicants must reside in Vadodara or be willing to work full-time from the company's Vadodara office.
