• Handle recruitment activities encompassing the complete hiring cycle with an emphasis on bulk hiring drives.
• Manage and coordinate walk-in drives effectively to meet recruitment goals.
• Utilize diverse online sourcing platforms beyond mere job postings and email campaigns to attract potential candidates.
• Leverage virtual hiring management tools effectively, including functionalities like virtual lobbies and interview rooms.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years and maximum of 4 years of proven recruitment experience in the relevant domain.
• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation capabilities essential for successful talent acquisition.
• MBA degree in any specialization is mandatory.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at the Financial District, Hyderabad without hybrid or remote work options.

• Workdays: 5 days a week, full-time office presence required.
