About the Role
Beaucoup is searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead recruitment drives aimed at assembling exceptional high-performing technical teams. This hands-on leadership role suits an experienced recruiter and talent strategist who excels at navigating competitive talent landscapes and can identify, engage, and secure in-demand technology experts.
Responsibilities
- Devise and lead technical recruiting strategies throughout the company.
- Proactively source, actively headhunt, and recruit scarce, high-priority technology talent.
- Develop and sustain extensive pipelines of passive candidates spanning vital technical fields.
- Innovate sourcing methods leveraging professional networks, technical communities, referrals, market intelligence, and direct outreach beyond traditional postings.
- Perform talent mapping and competitive analysis to uncover target firms, talent reservoirs, and new skillsets.
- Collaborate closely with executives and hiring managers to forecast workforce requirements and define clear talent profiles.
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering market insights, compensation guidance, candidate availability, and strategic hiring recommendations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate identification, engagement, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Create appealing outreach campaigns and candidate engagement practices to position Beaucoup uniquely in the competitive tech recruitment sphere.
- Implement scalable recruitment operations, processes, metrics, and best practices to foster organizational growth.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate conversion rates, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure high-quality hires.
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Beaucoup’s values, mission, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Significant background in technical recruitment, executive search, or technology-focused talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring challenging-to-find, premium technical professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of technical talent markets across diverse technological disciplines.
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing, direct engagement, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Adept at assessing technical expertise and translating complex hiring needs into actionable recruiting strategies.
- Experience partnering with senior executives, technical leaders, and hiring managers within fast-paced, growth-driven enterprises.
- Outstanding skills in communication, relationship development, negotiation, and candidate closure.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with substantial autonomy and ownership.
- Experience in establishing or scaling recruitment processes in evolving organizations is highly desirable.
