Role Overview

We are seeking a System Superuser to join our operation based in Clonshaugh, Dublin. This pivotal position involves overseeing and maintaining our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring its alignment with site and customer requirements. Your work will directly contribute to customers enjoying their preferred M&S food products.

Working Hours

The role requires a commitment to any 4 out of 7 working days, totaling 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the warehouse management system according to site and customer needs
• Track, maintain, and log existing computer equipment including PCs, A4 printers, AMTs, and truck-mounted terminals
• Provide support to inventory and administrative teams regarding technical equipment

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing operational teams and adjusting deployment based on changing priorities
• Strong proficiency in PC usage, particularly Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with KPI management, planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience working with JDA or similar warehouse management systems preferred
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) principles is beneficial
