Role Overview
As a Study Abroad Advisor, you will engage with prospective clients, converting initial inquiries into genuine prospects while providing comprehensive counseling on study opportunities worldwide. This position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage sales targets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with raw data to identify and nurture potential student prospects.
- Communicate with prospective clients to convert them into active customers.
- Collect and generate references from existing clientele.
- Advise students regarding suitable countries, programs, and universities based on their qualifications.
- Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the study abroad process, including admissions and visa guidance.
- Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets using assigned leads.
- Maintain relationships with clients, universities, and educational institutions worldwide.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline coaching, application submissions, and visa processing.
- Keep precise records of prospective and existing student data.
- Organize and conduct orientations or informational sessions on study abroad options when required.
- Implement client retention strategies as needed.
Requirements
