The full-time remote Student Counsellor (Tele Calling) position involves assisting prospective and enrolled learners by helping them navigate their language education and career plans. Daily duties include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, evaluating the learners’ educational objectives, and guiding them to the most appropriate language programs and study paths. The role also involves detailing course information, enrollment procedures, schedules, and fees, while addressing any queries promptly and professionally.
