About the Role
This position seeks seasoned management consulting professionals to participate in pioneering AI research and evaluation projects. The core focus is assessing how well AI systems can perform authentic consulting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate, task-specific evaluation standards for authentic consulting outputs such as market analyses, strategic advice, financial forecasts, client presentations, and implementation plans.
- Score and appraise both AI-generated and human-created consulting work using defined criteria.
- Draft comprehensive written explanations supporting each evaluation and assigned score.
- Employ uniform, evidence-based expert judgment to guarantee that assessments are repeatable and justifiable.
- Examine consulting deliverables for analytical depth, strategic quality, correctness, organizational clarity, and client deliverable quality.
- Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers to refine evaluation processes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years’ experience in professional management consulting.
- Experience working at leading strategy or management consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar top consultancies.
- Strong skills in structured problem solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business case development, and communicating at executive levels.
- Capability to critically assess strategy suggestions, quantitative data analyses, and client presentations.
- Exceptional written communication skills with clear articulation of assessment rationales against professional consulting standards.
- Detail-oriented mindset, analytical rigor, and consistent professional judgment.
- Receptive to structured critiques and able to adjust evaluations in line with set standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience evaluating consulting deliverables.
- Mentoring experience or reviewing junior consultants’ work.
- Background in AI training, model evaluation, or projects involving human data.
- Exposure to multiple industries, functional areas, or strategic challenges.
Compensation and Engagement
- Competitive hourly rate between $150 and $220.
- Weekly payment schedule.
- Independent contractor arrangement.
