Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position focused on building strategic partnerships that create value across the financial, HR, education, and health sectors. The role involves identifying suitable partners, driving outreach, negotiating agreements, and developing long-term collaborations that support the growth of Insight Genesis – IGAi’s ecosystem.
In this position, you will manage partner relationships, coordinate shared initiatives, monitor performance, and make sure partnership activity stays aligned with the company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with product, data, and sales teams to shape partnership offers, develop joint solutions, and support revenue and adoption growth. Ongoing pipeline tracking, reporting, and refinement of partnership strategy are key parts of the job.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate potential partners across financial services, HR, education, and health sectors.
- Build outreach plans, initiate contact, and lead partnership discussions and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain long-term collaboration agreements that benefit both sides.
- Manage partner accounts, including onboarding, relationship upkeep, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate joint projects and initiatives with external partners and internal teams.
- Track partnership performance, monitor metrics, and share regular updates and reports.
- Work with product, data, and sales teams to design partnership propositions and co-create solutions.
- Support commercial discussions, pipeline management, and closing of partnership deals.
- Continuously improve partnership processes and strategies based on results and market feedback.
Requirements
- Proven ability to source, structure, and sustain strategic partnerships with relevant organizations.
- Strong analytical capability to assess markets, partnership outcomes, user data, and business opportunities.
- Account management experience, including partner onboarding, relationship handling, and problem resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Sales experience, including consultative selling, pipeline oversight, and commercial agreement closure.
- Background in fintech, HR tech, edtech, or healthtech is an advantage, especially in emerging or underbanked markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while managing several priorities at once.
- Comfort using collaboration tools and CRM systems effectively.
- Willingness to engage with the company’s social media content is also expected.
