Primary Responsibilities

• Drive supplier negotiations, oversee strategic sourcing, and manage categories to achieve improvements in cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and refine commodity strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual performance enhancement.
• Initiate and lead cost-saving projects and strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen commercial resilience.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure procurement strategies support organizational goals.
• Champion continuous process enhancements and disseminate best practices within the global network.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree coupled with at least 4 years of procurement experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years in purchasing, or
• Master’s degree or JD/PhD holders, or
• Equivalent of 6+ years of purchasing experience if no degree is held
• U.S. Citizenship is required for eligibility.

Preferred Experience

• Background in commercial procurement and strategic planning

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive annual salary between $81,520 and $132,470. Rolls-Royce’s total rewards package includes a base salary plus discretionary bonuses. Eligibility may depend on hire date, employment status, and collective bargaining agreements.

Work Arrangement

The position is based in Indianapolis, IN and follows a hybrid work model that requires an average of three days onsite per week, allowing flexibility to work from home or other remote locations. Relocation support is available if necessary.
