About the Role
Are you driven to grow in retail and eager to gain initial leadership and store management experience? For the grand opening of our Skechers store in Mein Outlet, Bremerhaven, starting November, we are looking for you as a Store Supervisor (m/w/d). The employment begins in early October, allowing you to train in one of our existing stores before leading your own fresh outlet from November onwards.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, take on initial team leadership responsibilities, contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, boost sales, and help the team achieve its targets. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow into leadership roles such as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Demonstrated track record in increasing sales and meeting objectives
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
