Job Overview

Are you passionate about leading and cultivating teams? We're inviting dynamic Store Managers to join one of our Corporate Stores located in Botany or Manukau. This role centers around managing all operational facets of our retail store to ensure high performance and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete retail store operations ensuring smooth functionality.
• Develop and maintain effective staff scheduling to guarantee adequate coverage.
• Drive sales growth and maximize the store's market potential.
• Maintain high standards in merchandising, sales, and customer service.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach new team members to integration.
• Communicate technical product information in simple terms to assist customers in making informed choices, supported by comprehensive training.
• Submit timely and accurate operational reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements or store development.

Work Location
