Job Purpose

The primary goal of this role is to function as a brand ambassador for Thom Browne by managing an efficient stock room. This enables the sales team to maximize profitable sales by ensuring stock is well-organized, properly controlled, and preserved to uphold the luxury quality of Thom Browne products while minimizing stock loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote Thom Browne's brand identity and ethos.
• Engage with clients and support sales advisors as needed.
• Help customers locate products effectively, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide the sales team with insights concerning stock availability and necessary replenishments, especially for core products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, including care instructions, stock levels, and after-sales services.
• Ensure the stock room reflects brand standards through proper organization, labeling, and storage.
• Carry out weekly rotating inventories and stock audits to minimize losses, investigating and explaining discrepancies.
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to store management regularly.
• Replenish shop floor stock to guarantee consistent product availability.
• Ensure stock room accessibility and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor stationery, packaging supplies, and stock levels, placing orders proactively to prevent shortages.
• Manage order follow-ups and control procedures including timely processing of delivery invoices.
• Verify deliveries, checking stock condition and accuracy against invoices.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to resolve delivery, customs, or courier-related issues promptly.
• Handle daily e-commerce order fulfillment efficiently, maintaining brand standards and performance.
• Open tickets and escalate any issues encountered during order processing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess between 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and stock control within the fashion sector, ideally luxury retail.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with retail KPI metrics.
• Strong brand allegiance to Thom Browne.
• Highly organized, self-driven, with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
• Confident, professional communicator both verbally and in writing, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Passionate about retail and stock management practices.
• Effective under pressure, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
