Key Responsibilities

• Maintain pristine cleanliness of serviceware by thoroughly washing chinaware, silverware, utensils, and polishing silver items.
• Keep track of inventory, ensuring supplies and kitchen equipment are consistently stocked and orderly to facilitate smooth operations.
• Execute routine kitchen cleaning duties such as mopping floors and managing waste disposal to uphold sanitary standards.
• Assist in event readiness by arranging and preparing clean serviceware for banquets and other functions.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, managing hazardous materials responsibly and complying with all hygiene protocols.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or issues with equipment immediately to supervisory staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members to enhance collective team efficiency and skill.
