Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Formulate yearly operating plans and budgets and monitor key performance indicators like same-day and next-day delivery timeliness.
• Lead, train, and develop local teams comprising couriers, drivers, and customer service staff, promoting local workforce participation through Saudization.
• Maintain strict compliance standards, manage safety and emergency incidents, and cultivate productive relationships with community and government bodies such as the Saudi Transport and Logistics Services Ministry.
• Manage everyday logistics station operations including incoming and outgoing shipments, final delivery, and returns processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Fleet Management, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Forecast workload and resources needed to fulfill delivery demands accurately.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on station performance and employee attendance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics or management disciplines.
• Possess at least two years of experience managing operations with a leadership role overseeing teams of ten or more personnel.
• Have relevant experience in cross-border e-commerce or insight into the Middle Eastern market is an advantage.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
