Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and design therapy plans for clients with disabilities
• Implement interventions and generate evidence-based reports
• Apply clinical reasoning consistent with best practice guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share insights
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
• Deliver services that are culturally sensitive, inclusive, and person-centered
• Comply with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation

Candidate Requirements

• Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
• Proven experience in providing speech pathology services
• Excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgement
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Working With Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Check or willingness to acquire these
