Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Recruiter to become a vital part of our team. This position demands expertise in managing extensive recruitment efforts, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging advanced applicant tracking systems to successfully complete the full hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess candidate qualifications through interviews and present the best matches to hiring managers.
• Utilize comprehensive applicant tracking system capabilities to handle job requisitions, track pipelines, and generate reports.
• Navigate the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, particularly for high-volume vacancies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop tailored hiring strategies and share insights related to the labor market and candidate pools.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Promote inclusive hiring strategies and ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, such as ORC or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in managing multiple high-volume job requisitions and prioritizing competing demands effectively.
• Strong communication capabilities to engage and influence partners and clients successfully.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn efficiently within a fast-moving work environment.
• At least six years of professional recruiting experience.

Additional Information

This is a contract role scheduled for six months duration with potential extension. The job locations include Chicago, IL; Wilmington, DE; Tampa, FL; Tempe, AZ; Jacksonville, FL; and Columbus, OH. Employment is onsite in the respective locations.
