Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations involving breaches of federal statutes, cybersecurity issues, and threats to public safety.
• Apply sound judgment, adaptability, and resourceful problem-solving to meet the varied demands of investigative work.
• Establish and sustain strong collaborative relationships with law enforcement partners across federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international jurisdictions.
• Maintain excellent physical fitness levels necessary for active law enforcement duties.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required.
• Willingness to travel as operational needs dictate.
• Meet FBI employment criteria and submit all pertinent application documents, including a resume limited to two pages and college transcripts to verify education credentials.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited U.S. college or university, ideally in engineering or a related STEM discipline.

Compensation

Compensation ranges between $93,749 and $133,200 annually. Actual salary is influenced by base, locality, and availability pay policies.
