Spatial Designer (all genders)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Spatial Designer (all genders) in Berlin or Stuttgart to join our dynamic community. This role offers the opportunity to create innovative, aesthetic, and comprehensive design concepts for an international clientele in diverse industries such as fashion, lifestyle, automotive, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive creative and holistic design concepts tailored to international clients in fashion, lifestyle, automotive, and hospitality sectors.
• Lead projects from initial idea generation through to execution, translating comprehensive concepts into spatial designs supported by moodboards, sketches, and 3D visualizations, including AI-assisted tools.
• Develop concepts grounded in a well-thought-out customer journey, aligning plans with budget constraints and resource management.
• Extend beyond spatial design to craft immersive experiences and activation strategies.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach by actively participating in the implementation of design ideas.
• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams including strategy, architecture, product design, and project management, adapting to various team structures depending on the project.
• Confidently present and communicate concepts to clients.
• Embrace and utilize AI tools as an integral part of design processes, showing enthusiasm for new technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• A completed degree in retail design, architecture, communication design or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Methodical, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Passion for design, innovation, and current trends.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in German and good command of English.
