Overview
The Ritz-Carlton is seeking dedicated Spa Specialists who play an essential role in enhancing the guest spa experience. These professionals deliver a wide variety of spa-related services, ensuring every interaction with guests is memorable and seamless, including promoting spa treatments, managing bookings, and handling payments.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests to enrich their experience.
- Manage reservation systems by scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently.
- Greet and check in guests professionally while providing informative answers regarding spa offerings.
- Process payments accurately and contribute to smooth transactional operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism through personal appearance, communication, and adherence to quality standards.
- Physically manage tasks involving standing, walking on various surfaces, and moving objects up to 10 pounds unaided or 25 pounds with assistance, including reaching and bending motions.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience in spa services is necessary.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
