Spa Service Expert (Spa Receptionist)

Role Overview

Join a luxury hospitality environment in Doha as a Spa Service Expert, where the focus is on creating a smooth, welcoming, and memorable guest experience. This position supports day-to-day spa operations by handling guest interactions, reservations, service promotion, and payment processing while maintaining a polished and professional service style.

Key Responsibilities

You will help guests enjoy a seamless spa visit by managing scheduling, answering questions about services, checking visitors in, and supporting retail or service recommendations. The role also involves making transactions feel like a natural part of the guest journey and assisting with other reasonable tasks as needed.

Work Requirements

This is a full-time, non-management position based in Doha, Qatar, and it is not a remote role. The job may require standing, walking, and sitting for long periods, as well as moving across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. You should be comfortable using reservation software, verifying information visually, and performing hands-on physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Objects handled may weigh up to 10 pounds without assistance and up to 25 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, and no supervisory background or license/certification is needed.
