Spa & Sauna Attendant

Overview

GETP Holding is hiring a female Spa & Sauna Attendant for its club in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The role is based at Al Banush Club, Mesaieed and involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for club members while following club policies and service standards.

Role Summary

The attendant will support day-to-day spa and sauna operations, help guests feel comfortable, and keep the facilities organized, hygienic, and properly supplied.

Responsibilities

• Keep shower spaces, lockers, treatment rooms, and wet areas such as the sauna and steam room clean and sanitized.
• Welcome guests, give them a brief tour of the facilities, and guide them to treatment areas when needed.
• Maintain enough towels, robes, toiletries, and other guest amenities in lockers and lounge areas.
• Check that spa and sauna equipment is working properly, report repair needs quickly, and help ensure sanitation rules and safety procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• About 3 years of prior experience in hospitality, preferably in spa, sauna, or steam room settings.
• Good communication ability, with English language skills required.
• Strong customer service mindset and the ability to work well in a multicultural team.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Professional presentation and a careful, guest-focused attitude.
