Key Responsibilities

• Execute candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment activities focused on US IT recruitment.
• Conduct initial technical and domain-specific screening interviews to validate candidate skills.
• Analyze candidate profiles rigorously against detailed and complex job specifications to ensure suitability.
• Assess overall candidate fit for roles within the Semiconductor, Hardware, and VLSI sectors.

Requirements

• Professional experience spanning 4 to 7 years in talent sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation specifically in US IT recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in screening candidates within the Semiconductor, Hardware, and VLSI industries is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of US employment types, visa categories, and technical terminology pertinent to the domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate high-quality candidate assessments.

• Work Location: Hyderabad office with hybrid working arrangement.
• Shift Timings: Night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
