Role Overview

• Lead specialized and strategic recruiting efforts across diverse disciplines.
• Partner closely with business units and talent acquisition teams to establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers, grasping their recruitment needs to fill positions efficiently.
• Maintain high recruitment standards focused on operational excellence and compliance.
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels to implement capability and competency-based assessments in selection processes.
• Develop strategies to attract a diverse workforce by hiring talent from various backgrounds and experiences.
• Track and meet key talent acquisition performance metrics.
• Leverage social media tools consistent with the GE Aerospace brand strategy to source and attract candidates.
• Ensure a respectful and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Establish strong relationships and execute effective talent recruitment strategies and models.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in management.
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring in manufacturing, especially within the aerospace sector, is preferred.
• Background in employer branding, talent acquisition process enhancements, and TA-related projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in utilizing social and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
