Role Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical partner for our APAC sales team. This role is pivotal in scoping, prototyping, and demonstrating voice AI solutions within client environments. The position is based in Singapore, requiring onsite presence with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with regional Account Executives on all active enterprise deals.
• Develop demonstration environments tailored to regulated APAC industries.
• Conduct discovery and technical scoping for multiple accounts within the first month.
• Lead end-to-end technical success for several accounts by the second month.
• Create and document repeatable architecture frameworks to accelerate onboarding of future engineers.
• Work with product teams to identify and address gaps discovered during customer evaluations.
• Drive the technical leadership in closing new APAC client deals within the first three months.
• Establish a Solutions Engineering playbook including demo workflows, security questionnaires, and reference architectures.
• Support recruitment efforts aimed at expanding the Solutions Engineering team.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 3 to 6 years of experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer within B2B SaaS or API-first organizations.
• Skilled in live product demonstrations, reading code, and writing configuration without requiring senior-level engineering expertise.
• Capable of conducting security reviews with Chief Information Security Officers and engaging confidently in technical discussions.
• Exhibits strong proficiency in written English; knowledge of Japanese, Mandarin, or Bahasa is advantageous.
• Experience with voice technologies, telephony, contact centers, or AI platforms is a beneficial addition.
