Job Responsibilities

• Plan and administer content schedules for several brands simultaneously.
• Develop, organize, and post content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Analyze content engagement and performance metrics.
• Maintain brand consistency and meet promotional goals in all published content.
• Create captivating short and long-form social media materials.
• Draft captions, scripts, and conceptual content ideas.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce superior quality media.
• Customize content specifically for varying social media channels.
• Serve as an on-camera presenter for educational, promotional, and marketing videos, conveying products and updates effectively.
• Support film shoots occasionally on weekends or outside regular hours, with compensatory time off granted per company policy.
• Assist marketing initiatives for Techzu, Tribeforest, and clients by contributing to campaign execution and ideation.
• Complete assigned projects within agreed deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Genuine enthusiasm for social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Strong command of written communication and copywriting.
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Foundational skills in graphic design software including Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Awareness of contemporary social media trends and popular content styles.
• Creativity, organizational ability, and initiative in handling diverse tasks.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to develop professionally.
