About the Company
Hype Marketer is a rapidly expanding digital marketing and branding agency focused on helping businesses scale with contemporary marketing strategies. The team values creativity, dedication, and measurable outcomes, and is currently growing its digital marketing function with a skilled marketer who has at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Role Overview
This position involves supporting day-to-day social media operations, content planning, client coordination, and campaign execution for multiple brands. The role is suited to someone who is eager to learn, can work in a dynamic agency setup, and wants to contribute to visible client results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions, concept reel ideas, draft short scripts, and develop content for client accounts.
- Assist in building and maintaining monthly content calendars.
- Work with the content team during shoots and while producing content.
- Track social media trends, competitor activity, and viral content ideas.
- Support influencer partnerships and assist with campaign rollouts.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
- Help with client communication and routine account handling.
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in social media marketing, including internships.
- Genuine interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing ability and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Exposure to Canva and content scheduling tools will be an advantage.
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-moving agency environment.
- Preference for candidates located in or near Vikhroli, Powai, Ghatkopar, Mulund, Bhandup, or Kanjurmarg.
