Role overview

This is a location-based social media role centred on franchise Instagram accounts. You will be responsible for the online presence of several franchise sites across the North of England, covering different brands. The position involves planning and running shoots, editing and sharing content, writing captions, and handling audience interaction across all accounts. You will work alongside the Marketing Manager, while independently managing activity on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to organise and lead content shoots on your own
• Guide kitchen and front-of-house staff during production days
• Edit photos and videos, then publish them across several Instagram profiles
• Draft captions and respond to comments and direct messages
• Work with site teams before shoots to agree briefs, schedules, and practical arrangements

What we are looking for

You should already have experience creating Instagram content and know how to produce work that gets attention. Comfort working independently and directing others during a shoot is important, as is the ability to stay organised while managing multiple accounts and locations. Experience with food, hospitality, or lifestyle content would be an advantage. A full UK driving licence would also be helpful.
