Social Content Producer & Coordinator

About the Role

Citrusy is seeking a dynamic and fast-paced Social Content Producer eager to generate a high volume of engaging short-form videos and influence brand growth directly. This role involves collaborating closely with company founders to craft and execute a compelling content strategy across platforms including TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive, film, edit, and publish numerous TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and related social content promptly.
• Develop creative hooks, scripts, shot lists, and weekly production schedules.
• Produce founder-led, product-centric, informative, entertaining, and personality-rich video content.
• Participate on camera frequently, presenting naturally and engagingly.
• Guide founders and team members during content creation processes.
• Leverage each product or shoot to create multiple video variations and creative outputs.
• Conduct trend research and monitor emerging social media formats and sounds.
• Assist in the coordination of product launches and lifestyle photoshoots.
• Maintain content calendars, libraries, and streamline production workflows.
• Analyze video performance regularly, iterating on successful concepts rapidly.
• Produce organic content with potential use in paid campaigns.
• Dedicate about one hour daily to support affiliate sample requests, manage messages, nurture creator relations, and review top-performing content.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong storytelling, filming, editing, and creative abilities.
• Existing robust portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or other short-form video content demonstrating consistent high-volume production.
• Proficient in platforms and tools including TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, Canva, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Confidence and ease appearing on camera with natural presentation skills.
• Keen awareness of social media trends and internet culture.
• Ability to manage projects from conceptualization to final publication with precision and timeliness.
• Strong communication, time management prowess, and detail orientation.
• Receptive to direct feedback and adept at rapid revisions.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally within the St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN area for occasional shoots.
• Availability to work onsite approximately two days per week in St Paul, MN.

Additional Information

While formal experience in professional brands, agencies, or ecommerce is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Exceptional personal portfolios and strong creative initiative coupled with a solid work ethic hold significant weight.
