Small Home Appliances and TV Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Small Home Appliances and TV Technician to become an integral part of our maintenance team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on repairing and servicing a variety of household electrical products, ensuring efficient functionality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defective small electrical appliances such as vacuum cleaners, TVs, microwaves, blenders, and mixers in line with technical center guidelines.
• Provide repair support for additional electrical products including water dispensers and others as required.
• Monitor and control the usage of spare parts carefully to optimize resource management.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers to expedite resolution of pending repair cases.
• Maintain daily updates in the system reflecting completed work.
• Request and order necessary spare parts according to established procedures.
• Prepare cost estimates for repairs not covered by warranty or involving misuse.
• Compile technical reports for malfunctioning items requiring review by the Senior Electrical Technician.
• Ensure adherence to service standard operating procedures throughout daily tasks.
• Strive to meet service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within assigned responsibilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in electronics or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience repairing electronics, ideally within authorized service centers.
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• High level of responsibility and ownership of the workspace.
• Customer-focused approach to service delivery.
• Proficient in repairing a wide range of electronic products, including household appliances such as TVs, microwaves, and blenders.
• Expertise in servicing complex devices such as high-end LCDs, Plasma screens, CRTs, DVD players, Hi-Fi systems, and home theaters.
