Role overview
Civil and Scape is looking for an experienced, qualified landscape and civil site supervisor to start immediately. The role involves overseeing a broad mix of projects, ranging from premium residential developments to large commercial works in the city centre. You will lead site teams to keep delivery efficient, coordinated, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for day-to-day site activity and the overall delivery team. The company offers a strong salary package together with an incentive plan for the right person.
What the role involves
- Taking ownership of project delivery from commencement through to completion.
- Reporting to the Project Coordinator on a weekly basis, and more often when needed.
- Organising deliveries and handling project communication, including RFIs, with the Project Coordinator.
- Acting as the main communication link between the site team and office staff, including delivery crews.
- Supervising team members such as labourers, leading hands, and apprentices.
- Participating in reviews with senior management when required.
- Reading, checking, and implementing technical drawings and scope details with the site team.
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers so the program is met.
- Preparing, updating, and monitoring construction work schedules.
- Ensuring safety compliance and managing OHS requirements on site.
- Maintaining quality assurance standards across each project.
- Keeping all project records, documents, and administration accurate and current.
- Following CAS operating procedures, systems, and management direction.

Prerequisites
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- At least 4 years of full-time experience in civil and landscaping work.
- Relevant tertiary education and qualifications.
- Working knowledge of construction, civil, and landscape industry standards and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Current NSW White Card.
