Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-assured Shift Leaders to guide excellent shifts and inspire teams effectively. In this position, you will be the consistent guiding figure during shifts, setting momentum, supporting colleagues, and ensuring each guest enjoys a positive visit. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards related to service, food quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody and promote the EJ Way, providing strong leadership and support to the team during service times.
• Ensure smooth and efficient management of daily restaurant operations.
• Coach and train team members to enhance their confidence and skills.
• Maintain a consistent focus on guest satisfaction and experience.
• Assist in rostering and organizing shift schedules.
• Contribute to achieving restaurant performance targets and KPIs.
• Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards rigorously.
• Manage inventory to guarantee the kitchen and service operate without disruption.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in team leadership within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or fast-paced hospitality settings.
• A composed and confident leadership approach that motivates and energizes team members.
• Excellent communication abilities paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• A heartfelt enthusiasm for food, people, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Dependability, organizational skills, and leading by example.
• Driven to achieve performance and outcomes supporting restaurant success.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
