Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage service appointments with clients.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between customers and service technicians.
• Perform vehicle inspections and accurately assess mechanical issues.
• Generate detailed estimates that include parts, labor, and warranty considerations.
• Draft precise repair orders outlining issues and securing customer approvals for repairs.
• Keep customers informed of any additional service recommendations suggested by technicians.
• Continuously update and expand knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
