Role overview

This casual position is suited to dependable, customer-oriented people who enjoy doing a bit of everything across the store. The work is varied and may include helping customers on the shop floor, moving trolleys, supporting customer order collections, and assisting with general store duties as needed.

• A genuine customer service mindset, with a friendly, proactive, and approachable manner
• Physical capability to handle heavy lifting when required
• High reliability and flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends to cover leave and busy trading periods
• A positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude with a willingness to take on different tasks
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving retail setting
• Experience in large-format retail or customer service is helpful, though not essential
• Availability starting in the first week of August and continuing through the Christmas and New Year period
