Senior User Experience Designer

About the Role

We seek a skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is integral to creating seamless, user-centered digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms, aligning usability with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Create detailed, high-quality UI designs tailored for websites and mobile applications.
• Utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics to study user interactions and enhance the user journey.
• Assist or lead user research activities to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Craft user personas and map comprehensive user journeys.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and fellow designers to guarantee design excellence through implementation.
• Help build and update a Design System ensuring consistency in all digital interfaces.
• Refine user experience by leveraging data insights and user feedback loops.
• Perform usability testing and transform outcomes into design improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or comparable responsibilities.
• A demonstrated portfolio displaying UX/UI initiatives across online and mobile environments.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
• Deep knowledge of UX design concepts and user-focused methodologies.
• Data-driven and analytical approach to user interface design decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in leading design software such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and mapping user journeys.
• Awareness of accessibility and usability standards to enhance design quality.
• Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Basic understanding of front-end technology like HTML and CSS is advantageous.
