About The Role
Taktile is driving the transition of financial institutions into AI-native organizations, experiencing rapid growth with clients in banking and insurance sectors. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Berlin office, supporting the teams defining the future of our product by recruiting top talent in engineering, product, and design roles.
You will represent Taktile as the primary contact for candidates in these areas, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract outstanding professionals in a highly competitive market. This position involves working onsite at least three days a week, embracing a collaborative and relationship-based hiring approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, and design positions, from initial role definition with hiring managers through to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
- Create and implement customized sourcing strategies for each vacancy, utilizing advanced tools like AI-assisted platforms and social networks to engage both active and passive job seekers.
- Partner strategically with hiring leaders to shape hiring plans, evaluate candidate suitability, adjust priorities, and maintain search momentum.
- Provide candidates with a high-quality experience marked by clear communication, prompt feedback, and an interview process aligned with Taktile's principles.
- Use recruitment metrics, pipeline analysis, and market data to forecast challenges and suggest improvements.
- Enhance hiring procedures continuously by refining interview techniques, structured evaluations, interviewer training, and recruitment standards across technical teams.
- Assist in employer branding efforts through events, content creation, and community engagement to raise Taktile's profile among prospective candidates.
- Work in close coordination with People Operations to ensure smooth transitions post-offer, including onboarding, relocation, and visa assistance when necessary.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of four years' direct experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent, ideally within fast-paced startups or similar dynamic settings.
- Proven proficiency recruiting across diverse technical areas such as software development, infrastructure, AI/ML, product management, and design, with a strong ability to identify and secure top-tier candidates.
- Experience collaborating with senior engineering and product executives as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Active use of AI tools throughout the hiring workflow for sourcing, personalizing outreach, researching candidates, preparing for interviews, and managing pipelines.
- Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and Google Workspace to efficiently oversee the recruitment process for both active and passive applicants.
- Competent at conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews, effectively assessing candidate skills, cultural alignment, and potential.
- Capable of managing both high-volume hiring and specialized, challenging technical recruitment across various disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruitment experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven companies.
- Experience with international recruitment across Europe, including support for relocation processes.
- Familiarity with the Ashby recruiting platform.
