About the Role

A prominent global manufacturing company is seeking a seasoned Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead critical functions including Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Trade Compliance. This pivotal leadership position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring uninterrupted supply, and fostering continual process improvements throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture high-performing teams in planning, procurement, logistics, and trade compliance.
• Formulate and implement supply chain strategies that support the organization’s overall goals.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, finance, and global supply chain departments to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory mandates, and trade policies.
• Oversee ERP/MRP systems and spearhead supply chain digitization and improvement projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields; certifications like APICS/ASCM are preferred.
• Brings 7 to over 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain within a regulated manufacturing setting, including a minimum of three years at a senior leadership level.
• Strong expertise in planning, procurement, managing suppliers, and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, project management skills, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP systems, including ECC and APO; familiarity with S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Exhibits strong business acumen demonstrated by successful implementation of cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
