Role Overview

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary liaison for customers requiring vehicle servicing or repairs, ensuring seamless communication between the workshop, parts department, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for clients needing vehicle maintenance or repair services
• Liaise effectively with workshop and parts teams to facilitate smooth service operations
• Provide customers with clear, precise service estimates and timely updates on their vehicle status
• Uphold exceptional standards in customer care, service documentation, and warranty processes

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Drive/Kerridge and Auto VHC software is advantageous
• Possession of a full, clean driving license
