Role and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Senior Project Manager will own and lead multiple projects from planning through completion. Key duties include collaborating with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage project delivery, budget control, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ensuring projects comply with client expectations and company standards.

• Lead delivery of numerous engineering projects from start to finish.
• Manage detailed project plans, financial budgets, schedules, and team resources.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, project teams, and external suppliers.
• Continuously monitor project performance, risks, and progress, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily field team activities to secure successful project outcomes.
• Guarantee projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with governance and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will be a seasoned project manager experienced in complex, client-facing engineering or infrastructure projects. Essential skills and qualifications include:

• Proven track record managing engineering, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methods.
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or their equivalents.
