Overview

Empire Life is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Project Management Office in a hybrid setting located in Kingston/York Mills within the Greater Toronto Area. This role involves proactively overseeing the full project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, and close-out aligned with business goals.   • Experience engaging and collaborating with senior leadership effectively.

  • Background in consulting or strong stakeholder engagement skills to clearly understand needs and clarify expectations.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influence skills applicable at all organizational levels.
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business, Technology, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.

Compensation

The total target compensation for this permanent position ranges from $117600 to $166880 annually, including base salary and target bonus. Fixed-term contract or casual roles are not eligible for the bonus and receive base pay only.
