About the Role
At Apex Harmony Lodge, we provide compassionate care for individuals living with dementia. The Operations (Senior) Executive position is pivotal in ensuring the Lodge runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Daily tasks vary from coordinating contractors to resolving operational challenges, assisting with regulatory inspections, planning facility improvements, and ensuring critical repairs are completed promptly.
This role requires a candidate who embraces ownership, proactively addresses challenges, and can effectively execute plans. The scope covers facility management, vendor coordination, compliance adherence, workplace safety, and continuous operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Lodge to maintain seamless functionality.
- Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and implementation of improvement projects.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
- Monitor building infrastructure and equipment condition.
- Support compliance with workplace safety, fire safety, and regulatory standards.
- Solicit quotations, manage procurement processes, and oversee operational budgets.
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and subsequent action plans.
- Assist with projects, events, and initiatives involving multiple departments.
- Maintain comprehensive operational documentation including SOPs and records.
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and resident experience.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for residents, staff, families, and visitors.
