Overview
As a Senior Manager of Strategy Oversight at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will have a pivotal role in defining and steering the strategic framework for our expansive ventures. Key Responsibilities
- Direct the organization's strategic planning efforts, collaborating closely with top leadership to clearly define the company’s vision and goals.
- Manage the implementation of strategic initiatives, guaranteeing timely completion of project milestones and efficient resource allocation.
- Evaluate market dynamics and the competitive environment to support informed strategic choices and uncover growth prospects.
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategic projects and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Encourage cross-departmental cooperation to ensure smooth execution of strategy and nurture a culture centered on innovation.
- Offer strategic guidance and thought leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate objectives.
- Interact with external parties to collect insights and feedback, ensuring initiatives meet market requirements and expectations.
- Coach and support team members to cultivate a high-achievement environment and promote ongoing development.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a similar discipline.
- At least seven years of experience in strategic planning or oversight roles, ideally within large-scale project environments.
