About the Role

The Senior Manager in Group Corporate Communications acts as the deputy to the Vice President and serves as the senior execution lead within the communications team. This pivotal position oversees shaping Fullerton Health's corporate reputation throughout Asia Pacific markets, crafts executive communications for senior leadership, and drives brand and corporate campaigns aligned with the Group's strategic direction. The role requires significant independent judgment and represents the communications function in fast-paced and critical situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create speeches, talking points, briefing notes, Q&A materials, and thought leadership content for senior leaders across regional platforms and healthcare industry forums.
  • Ensure a unified executive voice and narrative across various markets, aligning individual leader positioning with the Group’s overarching messaging framework.
  • Prepare leadership personnel for prominent events such as media interviews, industry panels, roundtables, and governmental or institutional meetings.
  • Plan and execute communication strategies for major corporate initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint press events across the region.
  • Oversee all media relations tasks, including drafting press releases, conducting media monitoring and analysis, maintaining journalist relationships, and managing PR agencies.
  • Act as an escalation point during crises by developing holding statements, communication response protocols, and stakeholder engagement strategies promptly.
